Red of View is celebrating 20 years in makeup and skincare!

Founded in 2006 by the Bondioli family, this Italian company based in Crema, a few kilometers south of Milan, was born out of a shared passion for the world of cosmetics and a strong entrepreneurial vision, shared by three siblings with complementary skills. This vision has played a key role in defining the company’s identity and has guided its steady and continuous growth over the years. “For over twenty years,” explains Caterina Bondioli, CEO, “we have been supporting our clients in developing their ‘Made in Italy’ makeup and skincare projects, consistently placing customization and attention to detail at the heart of our approach. ” Today, as the company celebrates its twentieth anniversary, it has become a solid and well-structured entity, with over 70 employees spread across two separate sites. A journey marked by steady growth, strengthening its capabilities and presence year after year. Here’s why…

At the heart of our most significant investments in recent years,” emphasizes Caterina Bondioli, “we have a clear conviction: people come first! We firmly believe that the company’s growth depends above all on creating a healthy, inclusive, and responsible work environment.” In this context, obtaining gender equality certification in accordance with the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard was a natural step—not merely a formal requirement, but a confirmation of a concrete commitment to a corporate culture focused on talent development, equal opportunity, and quality of professional life. “This project has mobilized the organization at all levels,” explains Caterina Bondioli, “from human resources policy through governance and professional development, with a focus on equity and work-life balance.

At the same time, the firm has strengthened its commitment to social responsibility by aligning its practices with the principles of the SA8000 standard, which provides a clear framework for the responsible management of its human capital and promotes respect for health, safety, and human rights, both within the organization and throughout the supply chain. An ongoing journey based on transparency, awareness, and constant commitment.

Looking ahead,” says Caterina Bondioli, “the goal is to continue on this path: investing in people, corporate culture, and a development model that places human value at the heart of our concerns, combining industrial growth with a responsible and sustainable vision of business conduct. But like many companies operating internationally, we are facing current economic and energy-related challenges with a high degree of vigilance and responsibility. Rising costs are affecting the entire supply chain, adding to complexity and reinforcing the need for flexibility and adaptability. In response, we have adopted a structured, forward-looking approach focused on resource optimization, process efficiency, and increasingly rigorous planning. The goal is to proactively address potential challenges, mitigating impacts on operations and ensuring the long-term continuity and strength of our collaboration with our customers and partners.

As for the use of packaging—an area undergoing profound transformation, including from a regulatory standpoint—the Italian firm notes that it is closely monitoring developments to guide the transition in a conscious and informed manner. “To address the challenges currently affecting this sector and the entire supply chain,” explains Caterina Bondioli, “we emphasize the value of people and the relationships of trust built over time. We collaborate with partners selected for their technical expertise and their understanding of the market, its dynamics, and its evolution. Working in this way allows us to anticipate change with greater clarity and navigate it together. It is thanks to their know-how and their ability to interpret market trends that we are able to translate today’s complexities into concrete and coherent solutions.

New production hub and new products

With environmental responsibility at the very heart of the global cosmetics industry and increasingly viewed as a shared commitment across the entire supply chain, the Italian firm explains that it is aligning itself with this medium- and long-term vision, focused on developing an organizational model that is both efficient and forward-looking.

In this context,” explains Caterina Bondioli, “we plan to develop a new production hub, designed according to eco-sustainable architectural principles and compliant with internationally recognized environmental standards. The project will place a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, smart space management, and a more conscious and responsible use of resources.

In recent years, the Italian firm has developed a wide range of products in the fields of makeup and skincare. Among them, the most significant is “NEXT Chrome Glaze.” “It is a holographic highlighter,” notes Caterina Bondioli, “that generates a ‘liquid glass’ effect created through the development and application of a new cutting-edge magnetic technology combined with an innovative, patent-pending production process designed to ensure precision, quality, and consistent reproducibility of the final result.
A project that was recognized at the IT Awards during the MakeUp New York trade show in the Full Service category.

This year, at the Cosmoprof trade show in Bologna, the company unveiled its new collection, The Alchemist Studio, a project that explores the intersection between scientific precision and the sensory dimension. Inspired by alchemy as the art of transformation, the collection reimagines the cosmetic product as an immersive experience, elevating the material and transforming it into emotion through formulas designed to refine the skin and awaken the senses.
