Cosmogen and Asquan are creating a leading player in premium beauty packaging

In a press release, the leaders of this new entity, the Cosmogen & Asquan Group, announced the launch of a premium offering in the market, covering the skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance segments, by combining comprehensive and customized solutions. The group has nearly 80 employees and generates consolidated revenue of $50 million. It is led by Priscille Allais, CEO. Henri Tinchant, founder of ASQUAN, becomes COO.

Priscille Allais, CEO of Cosmogen, held executive positions at companies such as L’Oréal, LVMH, and Michael Kors before founding and leading GiftID and then We Scale It. Henri Tinchant, founder and Chairman of Asquan, is the co-founder of the HCT Group, where he worked for many years.
