Cosmopack 2026, only two weeks to go!

According to the organizers, the Cosmopack trade show, which will open its doors in a few days in Bologna (March 26-28, 2026), continues to show solid growth. For this edition, they are announcing a further increase in the number of exhibitors and visitors, with particularly strong international participation. “The current context is undoubtedly complex,” they say, “and the packaging sector is facing significant changes. But as a trade show, our main role is not to take a position on specific issues, but to create the conditions for dialogue between supply and demand.” It is worth noting what has always made this trade show unique: the presence of around 100 companies specializing in processing, filling, packaging, and end-of-line machinery, robotics, inspection equipment, labeling and smart labeling solutions, traceability technologies, and intralogistics, all dedicated to the beauty industry. This year’s exhibitors will be offering new-generation filling and packaging lines, more energy-efficient systems, advanced quality control technologies, and solutions designed for smaller, more customized production runs.

In terms of layout, the general structure of the halls remains the same as last year. However, the organizers say they have made a few targeted adjustments to improve visitor flow and thematic consistency between sectors. Bucking the trend toward online tools, they have decided to help visitors find their way around the show with a printed tabloid and an interactive map showing each exhibitor’s main product sector. They have also announced a pilot project offering guided tours of Halls 18 and 19 for a select group of buyers.

A “Cosmetics Stage”

Regarding the 2026 conference program, in addition to the “Cosmopack” stage, which will host highly vertical presentations and offer companies concrete opportunities to showcase their expertise, technologies, and case studies, they are announcing the introduction of the “Cosmetics” stage, which will be located in Hall 36. This new stage is intended to strengthen dialogue between the supply chain and finished product brands, with a focus on market trends and innovation.

There will also be a large space dedicated to discussion and training,” they explain, “thanks to CosmoTalks, which will have an even more international reach in 2026. These sessions will be key moments for exchange, professional development, and intercultural input, bringing together speakers and audiences from different markets and regions.” Overall, the conferences and events at Cosmoprof 2026 are designed to be real opportunities for learning, networking, and inspiration, reinforcing the show’s role as a global platform for business development, knowledge sharing, and strategic vision across the entire cosmetics supply chain."
The CosmoTalks 2026 program will therefore revolve around a common theme: fostering collaboration throughout the beauty value chain to address the industry’s most pressing challenges, whether in innovation, sustainability, changing consumer expectations, or shifts in the global market.

We firmly believe in the importance of listening to the market,” they say, "and fostering real opportunities for contact and discussion. By bringing together different players in the supply chain, we want to encourage constructive dialogue and help the sector through this phase of transformation through networking, exchange, collaboration, and the very nature of the event, which is truly international in terms of both exhibitors and visitors, reinforcing the possibility of offering and finding new solutions."
