The Brivaplast Group Announces Two New Appointments

Two appointments within the Brivaplast Group: Ms. Moira Crippa as Vice President of Sales for Europe and New Market Development, and Ms. Juanita Prouteau Parra as the new Senior Marketing Manager for the EU.

The press release states that “with extensive experience in team leadership, marketing, and cross-border business strategy, Moira will be responsible for driving the company’s business expansion and deepening relationships with global brands in the beauty industry.” Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong leadership in project management, business strategy, and key account management for multinational portfolios. In her new role, she will lead Brivaplast’s sales growth in Europe and drive the company’s global expansion into emerging markets, aligning specific customer needs with the company’s makeup application solutions, its extensive product catalog, and its custom development capabilities.”
The Brivaplast Group also announces the appointment of Ms. Juanita Prouteau Parra as the new Senior Marketing Manager for the EU. “In this strategic role,” the press release notes, “she will strengthen relationships and enhance our presence with European customers, deepen our understanding of market needs, and translate this knowledge into product development opportunities that reflect and preserve each brand’s DNA.”
With extensive experience in cosmetics product development, particularly in the areas of mascara and liquid lipsticks, she brings a well-rounded background spanning new formula development, product launches, and end-to-end project management. Her ability to harmoniously align the brand’s vision with our extensive expertise in makeup application is further enhanced by a truly global perspective and international experience gained in numerous countries."

It is worth noting that Brivaplast is an Italian family-owned company with 60 years of experience in the production of cosmetic packaging. It positions itself as one of the world leaders in providing application solutions for mascara, lip gloss, concealer, eyeliner, and eyebrow products. Brivaplast has two production sites, in Italy (headquarters) and China (Shanghai), as well as an office in the United States (California). In 2022, the company acquired Metal Tech, an Italian firm specializing in metallization, UV, and acrylic coatings for packaging in the cosmetics, food, and beverage industries.
