InnoLuxury: Combining luxury and sustainability!

Daniel Saclier and Tania Dramé, who have decades of experience working with major luxury brands, are offering their dedicated agency, InnoLuxury.
InnoLuxury is a team of experts offering a comprehensive service from concept to finished product. They have a single motto: “Putting our expertise at the service of product success with total support that includes the development of innovative and effective strategies.” The team explains...

What are your backgrounds?

Daniel Saclier: I started out in packaging design (Yves Saint Laurent, L’Oréal) with a strong background in high-end perfumery and the codes of luxury. In the mid-1990s, I broadened my expertise to the pharmaceutical and dermatological sector (Expanscience), moving into strategic and decision-making roles in purchasing (raw materials, packaging, promotion, B2B – Purchasing turnover: $110 million). In the 2000s, I joined LVMH – Guerlain, where I played an active role in the revival of an iconic French perfume house. In charge of product development and purchasing strategies (turnover: €175 million, 42 employees), I helped the brand return to profitability, exceeding market standards.
In 2016, I decided to get involved in the industrial side of the business by joining a packaging supplier to get closer to the ground. Two years later, I founded my own independent consulting firm, serving brands, manufacturers, and project leaders to support them in their creation, industrialization, and strategic acceleration challenges.

Tania Dramé: I started my career in 2014 at By Kilian, an entrepreneurial niche perfume house. I quickly took charge of purchasing (direct and indirect – budget: €4 million), supply chain, production planning, and quality in an agile environment (turnover €25 million, small team).
The acquisition of the brand by Estée Lauder Companies in 2015 plunged me into the challenges of international integration: process and SAP-type tool integration, change management, extension of the scope to Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, and taking on managerial responsibilities with the structuring of these two brands.
In 2018, I joined Byredo as Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager for the fragrance division (budget: €40 million), at a key stage of structuring and growth. I consolidated processes and helped lay the foundations for a more strategic and scalable organization. Today, I put this dual expertise—practical and strategic—at the service of brands as an independent consultant, supporting them with their operational, industrialization, and structuring challenges in a sector where agility and excellence are key differentiators.

You position yourself at the crossroads of innovation, excellence, and uniqueness in pursuit of visionary luxury. What do you mean by that?

Daniel Saclier: Our goal is clear. It is to help brands combine luxury and sustainability. Aware of environmental issues, we integrate an eco-responsible approach at every stage of development, starting with design. From the use of responsible materials and natural ingredients to logistics optimization and ethical sourcing, we work with partners committed to reducing our carbon footprint and promoting the circular economy. We believe in close, personalized collaboration with our clients and suppliers. We support brands in creating tailor-made strategies that combine innovation and efficiency to reinforce their historical roots and luxury positioning.

How is your work organized?

Tania Dramé: Our mission is based on four fundamental pillars:
First, a tailor-made organization that allows us to find solutions adapted to specific needs while guaranteeing respect for costs, deadlines, and expected quality, all in line with the brand’s positioning, of course.
Secondly, we leverage our shared experience in the luxury sector, which is reflected in a deep understanding of the industry that enables us to enhance the brand.
The third pillar is our expertise in stimulating innovation and delivering sustainable product value.
Our fourth asset is our extensive network of partners, which enables us to optimize every stage of the project.

In summary?

Daniel Saclier: It’s about supporting the brand in its sustainable and innovative projects by leveraging our experience, our network of experts, and our know-how across the entire value chain.
It’s about providing targeted advice for quick and effective action. It’s the ideal offer for brands looking for one-off or specific services without committing to a full partnership.
It’s a truly “premium” partnership where we take care of the entire process of developing innovative and sustainable products, from design to delivery to the warehouse.
This is “tailor-made” work with the implementation of personalized strategies as part of exclusive support, including upcycling and eco-responsible packaging solutions. This offer allows us to create a partnership aligned with each brand’s DNA and strategic objectives.

Can you give us some examples?

Daniel Saclier: In the case of the Bogart group, we offered dedicated support combining design and technical support, purchasing/sourcing support, and project management.
For the Les Secrets de Loly brand, the support was more comprehensive as part of their expansion strategy.

Tania Dramé: We are also working more and more on rare and limited editions, which leads us to offer broader expertise that integrates launch strategies and calls on a panel of artists, artisans, and highly specialized workshops.
